This program consists of general athletic training that emphasizes speed and acceleration, first step burst, agility, footwork, balance, and flexibility. This program is performed in conjunction with the intermediate Strength Training program.
Intermediate Strength Training
This program is an introduction for young athletes into strength training by performing exercises using body weight, medicine balls, and bands. The goals of the program are to teach every participant proper strength training technique, reduce risk of injury, and develop the overall strength of the athlete with an emphasis on the core, hips, glutes, and hamstrings.
